1. Please contact our customer service via email@example.com or our sales to obtain a RMA number for replacement.
2. We reserve rights to replace alternative similar product if the original commodity is out of stock.
3. Without order number may have your refund/replacement refused.
4.Collect the defective items returned by customers to one place, and keep record of the quantities, defective causes, serial numbers, and pictures showing defects. Update our sales with the record every month for later refund or replacement.
5. We offer refund or replacement for the defective items for the next order, whichever is more convenient to you.
6. You have the full right to deal with the defective items after refund or replacement.
All new products carry a 12-month Limited Warranty from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. You are eligible to refund or replacement products from us if it proves defective under normal use and service during the warranty period.
The warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operation instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). It doesn’t cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty isn’t any good after you open any product that isn’t intended to be opened. Please don’t try and fix anything yourself. Chali-Trade does not warranty or provide service or support for any of the third party products.
